Arch4You provides website development, mobile app development, SEO services, and digital solutions. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement of work.
Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to project commencement. Typically, a 50% advance is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. Arch4You retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and necessary credentials to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines and/or additional charges.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Arch4You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of India.
Arch4You reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
